Returns
- Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened herbal supplements, bitters, or sea moss gels.
- To start a return, please contact us at thevieraway@gmail.com with your order number.
- Returns initiated for personal reasons (not due to product defect or fulfillment error) will require the customer to cover all return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refunds are not available for taste-related concerns, as taste is subjective and not reflective of product effectiveness.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email thevieraway@gmail.com.
